Director of Promotions / Your Army Management
James Pitt
Your Army was founded in 2007 by James Pitt. With over 17 years experience in dance music, James has worked with the best and biggest selling dance acts in the world; from Fatboy Slim, Daft Punk, Leftfield, The Prodigy and the Chemical Brothers through to Underworld, LCD Soundsystem, Portishead, DJ Shadow, Kraftwerk and Massive Attack.
James is your point of contact for any Artist Management enquiries and he also oversees all promotional campaigns focussing on early strategic planning.
Director Of Radio
Christian Nockall
Christian joined Your Army when the company was first formed in 2007 to work across club promotion and specialist radio. Now Director Of Radio at Your Army he is your point of contact for all National and Specialist UK Radio enquiries.
Over the last three years Christian has plugged five UK number one singles and 21 top 40 singles (11 of which were top 10) as well as working with some of the most exciting breakthrough acts around including Disclosure, Wretch 32, TNGHT/Hudson Mohawke, Baauer, DJ Fresh, Hot Natured, Katy B and more.
Other current campaigns include London Grammar, Duke Dumont, Jagwar Ma, Major Lazer and Robert DeLong.
Radio Promotions Assistant
Jaspreet Sambi
With previous experience at Hospital Records, MoS and London's fabric nightclub Jaspreet has well and truly found her calling working within the Radio Department at Your Army.
Joining the team in 2011 to assist Christian with radio plugging duties she has worked on campaigns such as Duke Dumont, Disclosure and DJ Fresh. She is now responsible for the Intensive Specialist UK Radio campaigns, as well as continuing to assist Christian on a National level.
Club Promotions Manager
Dan Kinasz
Head of the club promotions team Dan oversees all campaigns in the department and works closely with clients to see they’re kept happy at all times.
It’s Dan’s mission to see that all DJs are catered for when it comes to new music – so from house, bass and techno through to trap, Garage and D&B – it’s his duty to see there’s plenty for everyone come mailout time each week.

Club Promotions Manager
Em
Emmanuel joined Your Amy from Power Promotions in early 2009. He is at the frontline of all club promotions action and is in regular contact with the biggest and busiest DJs in the world.
Em has been crucial in the success of the recent Florence & The Machine, Jack Beats, Duck Sauce, Lana Del Rey and Cassius campaigns and is your point person for our Boutique Club and International Radio services.
US Promotions Manager
Sid Sosin
Sid Sosin joined Your Army in 2013 as US Promotions Manager. Charged with leading Your Army’s expansion into North America, Sid has cultivated relationships with all major club and radio DJs in every key American market.
A graduate of NYU’s Gallatin School, Sid spent his years at university in New York exploring & working in nightlife. DJing himself since 13, Sid is passionate about delivering quality music to our DJS Stateside and, in turn, receiving quality feedback for our clients.

Press Officer
Charlotte Sweeney
Joining the company in 2011, Charlie has five years experience in PR across music, TV and entertainment, previously working with huge mainstream talent such as the X Factor, N-Dubz, McFly and comedian Jack Whitehall.
Now working across print, online and social media press campaigns at Your Army, Charlie has a proven track record of breaking emerging artists online, right through to creative campaigns for international mainstream artists.
Digital PR Executive
Simon Wilson
Joining in 2013, Simon brings 2 years of digital and social media marketing experience to the team. Having worked on award winning campaigns for some of the worlds biggest brands, Simon has also worked with a pool of internationally renowned artists from Moby to Sigur Ros, achieving 3 top 20’s and a top 5 in the UK album and singles charts.
Joining the PR & Press Department to assist Charlotte, Simon has been tasked with maximising online coverage for our clients.
Management / Label Assistant
Ailsa Kerr
Ailsa joined Your Army in early 2009 with past experience at Muzik Magazine, Fabric & Warner Records alongside brand management roles.
Her diverse and colourful background (including a three year stint running a bar in Brazil) makes her ideally suited to the varied and challenging position of Management & Label assistant.
